The viewing, printing or downloading of any content, video, audio, graphic, form or document from the Site grants you only a revocable, nonexclusive license for use solely by you for personal, noncommercial purposes limited to the use as is reasonably required to view and listen to the content and navigate through the pages and links generally available to the public using a standard Internet browser and standard media player, and not for republication, distribution, assignment, sublicense, sale, preparation of derivative works or other use. No part of any content, graphic, form or document may be reproduced in any form or incorporated into any information retrieval system, electronic or mechanical, other than for your personal, noncommercial use (but not for resale or redistribution).

The Broker- Lender Network reserve the right in our sole discretion to change, edit or delete any documents, programs, information or other content appearing on the Site or offered by the Broker- Lender Network.

Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend and hold the Broker- Lender Network and their respective directors, officers, shareholders, employees, agents, attorneys, advertisers, and publishers (collectively, "Our Affiliated Parties") harmless from any liability, loss, claim or expense, including reasonable attorneys' fees, related to your use of the Site or violation of this Agreement.

Nontransferable
Your right to use the Site is not transferable. Any password or right given to you to obtain information or documents from the Site is not transferable.

WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

WE AND OUR AFFILIATED PARTIES SHALL HAVE NO LIABILITY WHATSOEVER FOR YOUR USE OF ANY INFORMATION OR OTHER CONTENT AVAILABLE FROM OR THROUGH THE SITE, OR THE SITE ITSELF. Confidentiality of Codes, Passwords and Information
You agree to treat as strictly private and confidential any Subscriber Code, username, user ID, or password which you may have received from the Broker- Lender Network, and all information to which you have access through password-protected areas of the Broker- Lender Network.

Broker- Lender Network points have no cash value

Termination
These Terms of Use agreement are effective until terminated by either party. You may terminate this agreement at any time by destroying all materials obtained from any and all the Broker- Lender Network site(s), all related documentation and all copies and installations thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise. This agreement will terminate immediately without notice at the Broker- Lender Network sole discretion, should you fail to comply with any term or provision of this agreement. Upon termination, you must destroy all materials obtained from this site and any and all other the Broker- Lender Network site(s) and all copies thereof, whether made under the terms of this agreement or otherwise.
